About
I am a passionate artist, illustrator and educator living and working in East Devon, England.
Working for more than ten years as a secondary school teacher and department lead, I recently studied an MA in illustration with Falmouth University (2023) while still working as a teacher to build further on my fine art practice since graduating in 1996 from Sheffield Hallam University.
My work is driven by my passions; inspired by nature, heritage, culture, informed by academic research including into the fields of psychology to improve mental health, reduce loneliness, improve our role as carers for others and our relationships.
